Charité CCM

New Functional Unit – CCM MasterPlan

Beginning in 2019, HENKE + PARTNER developed a master plan for the long-term site development at the Campus CCM on behalf of Charité. Based on the insights gained from this study, a competition for site development was launched in 2023. The subproject “Diagnostics Center” will function as a new high-tech facility and serve as a key driver for `Gesundheitsstadt Berlin 2030`.

The new building is a significant milestone in the implemention of the Charité 2030 strategy, “Rethinking Health,” as it initiates subsequent architectural opportunities for the further development of the CCM. HENKE + PARTNER prepared the program of requirements for this purpose.
