New building in Hamburg-Mitte

The 353 micro and student apartments are conveniently located near Hamburg Central Station between Hühnerposten, Schultzweg and Amsinckstraße. They are distributed over twelve storeys. An underground car parking has been built in the basement and two commercial units on the ground floor. The plot has a triangular shape, which is reflected in the building design: the structure features a striking point facing to the north.
