New building in Berlin-Friedrichshain

The residential construction project called ‘The White’ was developed in collaboration with Tchoban Voss Architects (design planning) on the 4,270 square metre site in Berlin's Osthafen. Round corners, bright white and railing-like balcony railings are reminiscent of a ship, and the construction style suits the waterfront location. Thanks to the V-shape of the balconies, all residents have a view of the River Spree.
