Quality Assurance
Our quality management system provides those involved with a clear set of rules with high standards in all process phases.
Quality Control in Planning
We achieve high quality standards in planning through:
- Clear coordination of all parties involved
- Detail scheduling of processes
- Detail drawings (1:20 to 1:1 of all relevant construction points)
- Internal office list of standard details with approvals by project managers
- Involvement of experienced site managers in the implementation planning to facilitate a comprehensive knowledge transfer from LP 5 to LP 8.
Quality Control in Procurement
We ensure quality during the tendering phase through:
- Precise, trade-specific tenders with approval review by the construction management team in accordance with the dual control principle
- Preliminary remarks based on office standards
- Prequalification of companies participating in the tender
- Recording of commission negotiations
Quality Control in Construction Management
The following has proven effective during the construction management phase:
- Weekly construction meetings with all companies and specialist site managers
- Regular presence of our site managers on site and management
- Site documentation by the construction management
- Sampling of all materials and formal acceptance inspections. Optional: Blower door test to check the airtightness of the building or use of a thermal imaging camera to search for thermal bridges
