Team HENKE + PARTNER takes ober construction supervision HS20
The team HENKE + PARTNER Construction Management was commissioned to continue supervising the construction of the project ‘Extension and modernization Harburger Schlosstraße 20’ of the TUHH. The building is an outstanding example of early post-war architecture following the First World War and, given its long history of use – first as the administrative building of an oil factory and later as a university building – it is listed as a historic monument.
As the TUHH’s founding building, it holds particular significance for teaching, learning and research, both today and in the future. In the long term, the HS20 will serves as a building for institutes and research departments of the Technical University of Hamburg.
HENKE + PARTNER was comissioned to complete the project regarding the construction management until mid- to late 2027.
