Under the perfect weather conditions, a major and significant construction project has been launched in Burg, Fehmarn.

HENKE + PARTNER has developed the urban design concept and is planning all the buildings until the construction phase. The rental flats are intended exclusively for permanent occupation, including 78 flats for senior citizens and 93 publicly subsidised flats.

A green corridor forms the centre of the traffic-calmed neighbourhood – all buildings will feature a red facade of facing brick, whilst the varied roof shapes combine to create a roofscape typical of the locality.
