Virtual Reality: “Eichenhain” Residential Building in Pelzerhaken

Virtual Tour of the Baltic Sea

Our BIM pilot project for Otto Wulff Projektentwicklung, the “Eichenhain” residential building in Pelzerhaken on Lübeck Bay, has already been made available for virtual viewing. Otto Wulff has made the 3D models, which were created by HENKE + PARTNER in collaboration with Averdung Ingenieure, available in a virtual reality environment for an initial digital tour.

Each of the 40 condominiums in a prime beach location will have a loggia with a view of the Baltic Sea. The apartments will go on sale in June 2020.
