Residential development Berlin Schillingstraße

The Schillingstraße project in Berlin’s Stralauer Vorstadt district is approaching completion. In a central downtown location within walking distance of Alexanderplatz and the Spree River, a five-story building complex has been constructed with commercial space on the ground floor and a four-story residential wing above it, offering a mix of 32 one- to three-room apartments.

The original character of the area, with its modern GDR urban design in an open and green district, can still be experienced in the project's surroundings today.

A supermarket has just opened, and the first residents will move in in late fall 2021.
