Richtfest at the H10 Tower Hamburg

We had a great time together in Berlin for two days. Right next to the Hamburg-Poppenbüttel S-Bahn station, the Richtfest for the H10 Tower was celebrated in May 2023.

HENKE + PARTNER was responsible for the implementation planning for a high-rise building with a hybrid mix of uses, including a 4-star hotel, subsidised and privately rented apartments, and a commercial car park. The H10 Tower expands our ever-growing portfolio of BIM projects.

The high sound insulation requirements, the integration of a two-storey existing underground car parking and the demanding fire safety regulations are planning challenges that we are happy to take on.
