New Building on the baltic see

HENKE + PARTNER designed a new residential building with 40 freehold flats ranging from 2 to 4 rooms in Pelzerhaken on the Bay of Lübeck. The forty-one associated parking spaces are located on a nearby car park and are pre-equipped or partially equipped for e-mobility.WE

On the 4426 m² plot, directly on the Baltic Sea beach, apartments ranging in size from 56 to 130 m² are available. The south-facing orientation allows each apartment to have a large loggia with a sea view. A photovoltaic system and an air heat pump serve as renewable energy sources.

The construction project was planned as a BIM pilot project.
