Holsteinischer Kamp

New building in Hamburg-Barmbek

Between Holsteinischer Kamp and Gluckstraße, nine new five-storey buildings were constructed, comprising a total of 101 condominiums and 45 rental flats. All have balconies, loggias or terraces. The traffic-calmed neighbourhood offers green living with plenty of space, an underground parking for all residents and a wide selection of apartment types. The urban planning competition (1st Prize) envisaged 130 residential units on the former commercial site.
