New building in Hamburg-Winterhude

The new building was constructed on a plot around 3,800 m² in the inner courtyard of a development between Jarrestraße and Großheidestraße. Close to the Kulturfabrik Kampnagel, 64 condominiums were built in a single structure, accessed via five entrances. Each of the 64 underground parking spaces is equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles. All floors are accessible by elevator. The apartments range in size from 60 to 165 square metres, offering layouts to accommodate a variety of requirements.
