New building in Hamburg-Lokstedt

The new construction project ‘Doppeltes Lottchen’ was created as a building ensemble on two separate plots on Lottestrasse. A total of 15 townhouses and 6 condominiums, along with an underground car parking, were built on a turnkey basis. The basement houses the underground parking spaces, as well as general building services rooms, the storage rooms for the condominiums and the cellar rooms for the respective townhouses. The condominiums are accessed via a elevator from the basement. Both the parking spaces and the storage rooms are easily accessible.
